These terms govern the use of the PhotoSeder website, client galleries, cloud workspace and Windows application.
Version: 21 July 2026Service owner: Olga Loza, licensed business 317639623
1. Owner and acceptance
PhotoSeder is provided by Olga Loza, a licensed business registered in Israel, number 317639623, at רבי עקיבא 11, Nahariya, Israel ("PhotoSeder", "we").
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or continuing to use PhotoSeder, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the File Storage and Deletion Policy.
PhotoSeder is intended primarily for professional photographers and studios. Account holders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
2. The service
PhotoSeder combines client galleries with a photographer's working environment. Depending on the plan and available features, it may allow users to:
create galleries and give clients a link and PIN;
receive photo selections, selection categories and comments;
match a client's selection to local originals and open a selected file in external software;
schedule uploads and store or deliver original files and videos;
create portfolios, thematic collections and slideshows;
prepare messages and links for the photographer to send to clients.
Some features require the PhotoSeder Windows application, an active paid plan, third-party software or sufficient cloud capacity.
3. Account and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your account, devices, sign-in methods, gallery links and PIN codes. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Google sign-in and email/password sign-in are provided through the authentication methods available in the service. PhotoSeder never asks you to disclose a Google account password.
4. Photographs and rights
You retain ownership of the photographs, videos, logos, text and other material you upload. You grant PhotoSeder a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, display and transmit that material only as necessary to provide, secure and support the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use the material, including permissions relating to clients, models and minors. PhotoSeder does not acquire copyright in your work and does not use client photographs in advertising without separate permission.
5. Photographer's clients
The photographer decides which client material is uploaded, who receives a gallery link, whether a PIN is used, and how the completed selection is used. The photographer is responsible for the legal basis and notices required for client data.
Anyone who receives a gallery link and PIN may be able to view its contents. Links and PINs must be shared carefully. Portfolio or thematic collections made public by the photographer may be accessible without sign-in.
6. Plans, payment and renewal
The Free plan currently allows up to three galleries and does not include PhotoSeder cloud storage for heavy original files or video. Premium currently includes 100 GB and Studio includes 1 TB. Current prices and included functions are shown on the pricing page or at checkout.
Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout until cancelled. Payment is handled by Morning or another displayed payment provider. PhotoSeder does not store full payment-card details.
Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid benefits continue through the end of the current paid period. No proportional refund is normally made for unused days. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use PhotoSeder to upload unlawful or infringing material; distribute malware; bypass access controls; probe or overload the service; impersonate another person; or interfere with other users. We may restrict material or access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or protection of third parties.
8. Third-party services
PhotoSeder relies on services such as Google Firebase, Cloudflare and Morning. It can also prepare links for services such as WhatsApp, Google Drive, Dropbox, Adobe Photoshop and other external applications. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. PhotoSeder cannot guarantee their continuous availability.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, network failures and third-party outages may affect availability. Features may be improved, replaced or discontinued; material changes affecting a paid service will be communicated where reasonably possible.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PhotoSeder or cancel a subscription under the Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, unlawful use, non-payment, security risk or where required by law. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export material.
After a paid plan ends, cloud originals and published video remain available for download for 30 calendar days and may then be permanently deleted. The account may revert to Free subject to its limits.
11. Backups and responsibility
PhotoSeder is a workflow and delivery service, not the photographer's only archive. You must keep independent copies of original and finished files. To the extent permitted by law, PhotoSeder is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit or loss caused by a user's failure to keep backups, disclosure of gallery access details, third-party services or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law, contact and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a particular user. Disputes should first be sent to info@loza.co.il so the parties can try to resolve them directly.
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Registered users will be notified of material changes when required.
