PhotoSeder legal documents
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information PhotoSeder processes, why it is needed, where it may be handled and what choices users have.
1. Who is responsible
PhotoSeder is operated by Olga Loza, licensed business 317639623, רבי עקיבא 11, Nahariya, Israel. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@loza.co.il.
2. Whose data is processed
We process data about photographers and studios that create accounts, their authorized users, and clients or other people whose data appears in galleries, comments, selections, messages, portfolios or support requests.
Photographers control which client materials they upload and are responsible for appropriate permissions and notices.
3. Information we collect
- account and profile details such as name, email, telephone, studio name, website and social links;
- sign-in identifiers and technical security records;
- gallery details, photographs, previews, originals, video, portfolios, selections and comments;
- subscription, plan, quota, invoice and transaction references, but not full card details;
- device, browser, IP, diagnostic and usage information needed for operation and security;
- support correspondence and cancellation, deletion or privacy requests.
Optional profile and social fields may be left empty.
4. Why information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts; provide galleries, selection, comments, sorting, portfolio, upload and slideshow features; synchronize the web and Windows application; process subscriptions and support requests; prevent abuse; meet accounting and legal duties; and improve service reliability.
PhotoSeder does not sell personal information and does not use client photographs for advertising without separate permission from the rights holder.
5. Providers and international processing
Data may be processed by service providers including Google Firebase for authentication, databases, hosting and storage; Cloudflare for request processing and storage of uploaded originals and video; and Morning or the displayed payment provider for payments and documents.
These providers may process data outside Israel under their applicable contracts and cross-border safeguards. External links added by a user, including Google Drive or Dropbox links, are governed by those services.
6. Galleries, links and sharing
Client galleries are accessed using a link and, where configured, a PIN. Anyone who receives them may be able to view the gallery. Public portfolio pages and thematic collections can be accessible without sign-in. Photographers must share access details carefully and publish only material they are entitled to publish.
PhotoSeder prepares WhatsApp messages and links, but the photographer initiates sending through the external application.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and project data is retained while the account is used and as needed to provide the service. Users can delete projects or request account deletion. After Premium or Studio ends, cloud originals and published video remain downloadable for 30 calendar days and may then be permanently deleted.
Accounting, payment, fraud-prevention and legal records may be kept longer where required. Limited backup copies may remain until routine overwriting.
8. Security
We use access controls, owner authorization checks, secure transport and upload restrictions appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their account, device, gallery links and PINs and report suspicious access.
9. Access, correction and deletion requests
Subject to applicable law, a person may request information about their data, access or correct inaccurate information, or ask for deletion or restricted use. Send the request from the account email to info@loza.co.il. We may verify identity and account association.
For client photographs or selections, we may need to work with or refer the request to the responsible photographer.
10. Minors
PhotoSeder accounts are for adult professional users. Galleries may contain photographs of minors uploaded by photographers. The photographer is responsible for the consents and legal basis required for photographing, uploading, sharing and publishing that material.
11. Browser storage and policy changes
PhotoSeder uses essential browser and application storage for sign-in, security, language and working preferences. The current landing page does not use advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising technology is added, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before use.
We may update this Policy when processing changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
