Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. How to cancel

Email info@loza.co.il from the address associated with the account. Include the photographer or studio name, PhotoSeder account email, current plan and a request to stop automatic renewal.

We will confirm receipt and the paid plan end date. You do not have to provide a reason.

2. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation normally disables the next recurring charge. All Premium or Studio benefits remain available until the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription will not renew.

Send the request before the next charge date. If payment processing began before the request was received, we will check the transaction timing and respond.

3. Refunds

A proportional refund for unused days is not normally provided because the plan remains fully available until the paid period ends.

An incorrect or duplicate charge will be refunded after verification. Other refunds are provided where mandatory law requires them or PhotoSeder separately agrees in writing. The payment provider determines the available refund method.

4. What happens after the paid plan ends

• the account normally changes to Free rather than being deleted;
• new paid charges stop;
• cloud originals and published videos remain downloadable for 30 calendar days;
• after 30 days those heavy files may be permanently deleted;
• galleries above the Free limit may be restricted until their number is reduced or a paid plan resumes.

5. Account deletion

Cancelling a subscription does not delete the account. To request full account deletion, send a separate email from the registered address to info@loza.co.il. After identity verification, we will explain the process and timing. Records required by law, including accounting documents, may be retained separately.

6. Mandatory rights

PhotoSeder is intended primarily for professional photographers and studios. If mandatory consumer-protection or other non-waivable law applies to a particular transaction, those rules take priority, including any statutory cancellation or refund rights.
